This substantial new development required extensive planning, small cosy spaces next to the house open out into an expanse of lawn with wild flower meadow. Porcelain patios with Indian stone interlinking paths wrap around the house with ever changing views and interest. A free draining drive surface was required for planning purposes, gravel was chosen which is framed by black kerb edging and Indian stone paths.
